I managed to finish and post a few new pieces right before I had to evacuate from hurricane Ike...I'm so glad I keep my work on an external hard drive rather than on my cpu. New Gypsy and Idiom Inspired Piece

My newest painting "The Hands of Fate" was inspired by two things: the gypsy tradition of palmistry and something one of my grandmother's used to say ("Every pot has a lid.").
